Following in the footsteps of his father, (Phil Phillips, 34 years in thecoating and paints industry), John Phillips, President of TopKote of Southern Pines, Inc., is excited about bringing this outstanding product to market. Having owned many houses as well as a landscaping busness, Phillips has amassed considerable knowledge about the continual maintenance homes and businesses require. Constantly annoying was the time and expense it took to maintain a deck, a concrete or paver sidewalk, a driveway or an asphalt or wood shingle shake roof. The ugly mold and mildew that ruin decks, was especially a problem. Using so-called preservative products that required yearly applications was a time-killer as well as a constant expense. This problem has been solved by TopKote®.
