Extra-long-term durability ~ properly applied TopKote® will last up to 10 years on vertical surfaces and between five & ten years on horizontal surfaces, depending on the substrate profile, environmental exposure and traffic, protecting the substrates from premature failures caused by moisture, sun, heat, cold, expansion & contraction of substrate.

Easy clean-up ~ Water and soap.

Pet & Human Friendly ~ the cured coating system will have a neutral Ph thus making it safe for bare feet of any animal type to come in contact without fear of skin irritation.

Long shelf life ~ when stored at between ambient temperatures of 45 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit, TK® is stable and good-to-use for eight months. At 90 to 125 degrees F, TK® is stable for 30-40 days. At between 32 - 44 degrees F, TK® is stable for only 48 hours.

Ease of application ~ TK® can be rolled, brushed or airless spray.

Dries Fast ~ TP® is dry to touch in one hour and totally cures in 12 to 24 hours, depending on the substrate temperature. Minimum substrate temperature at application must be 45 degree F, with ambient, atmospheric temperature of 55 degrees F.
